“I began working with Autumn while pregnant with my second child. As someone who worked in the fitness industry, I knew a lot about how to push myself, but was unsure how to continue exercising while keeping my baby safe. Immediately, I knew I had found the right person to guide me. Autumn developed a unique program that allowed me to continue working at a high level of fitness while maintaining a healthy environment for my growing baby. At 42 weeks, I was scheduled for an unwanted inducement. After a morning workout with Autumn, labor began within a few hours. I had a fantastic labor, delivering a very healthy and nearly 9 lb baby.
After almost year of training, at six months post-partum, I can honestly say Autumn continues to amaze me. Her workouts teeter on the edge between having a blast and thinking, "I don't think I can do one more". I frequently hear people tell me, "I can't believe you just had a baby." No question that Autumn is the reason for such compliments.”

“I have been working out with Autumn for a year and a half, maybe over 100 sessions. I Never GET BORED!!! She designs the workouts to be fun and makes sure I work at my max in every session. Autumn is very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I suffer from a knee and ankle injury, I’ve tried several different trainers in the past and Autumn is the ONLY one I TRUST to work with. She has been able to help me loose weight and tone up more than any other trainer I have ever worked with. I strongly recommended trying Autumn or one of the other trainers from P3 Fitness!!”

“Autumn’s sessions are amazing!!! I’m pregnant with my second child and I feel great. My nausea was minimal compared to my first pregnancy and my energy is much higher this time around. I’m gaining the proper amount of weight and I still feel beautiful! Autumn’s sessions are a must try whether you are pregnant with your first or your fourth.”

“The difference between what we do, and what we are capable of doing, would solve most of the world’s problems.”

jump for your bones. Just jumping 30 times a day will make your bones stronger and improve your health and fitness. But don´t do it cold. Warm up until you break a light sweat. You just have to jump up and down, not off of anything. It's the impact that stimulates your bones. You need two things: a soft surface to land on and your doctor´s o.k.
