Price: 1 month (4 classes) $60
Drop in price $18 per class
This class begins Saturday November 1st. The class runs for 4 weeks and takes a 1 week break in between sessions.
Mighty Mommies Fitness Class
Prenatal workouts for any fitness level at any stage of pregnancy.
Women can begin taking class as soon as they find out they are pregnant and continue safely through delivery. You must have clearence from your doctor before beginning this class.
When: Saturday 9:15am
