
Autumn’s passion for fitness is rooted in 14 years of dance training as well as studying Karate for several years. Her studies in movement led to a unique mind/body awareness that laid the foundation for her approach to exercise.
Since 2006 Autumn has held two personal training certificates from the leading certification programs in the country, the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA).
In 2008 Autumn founded P 3 Fitness, private training as well as group exercise classes, dedicated to teaching people of all ages and walks of life how to get fit and take care of their health.
She is also proficient in kickboxing, ballet and jazz, as well as endurance training and weight reduction. Autumn's commitment to her clients coupled with her unending exuberance for life and health mean she is not only a trainer, but a friend and a life coach. By focusing on the integration of fitness, nutrition and behavioral changes, Autumn empowers her clients to identify and achieve personal goals that equate to both physical and psychological well being.

Cooling down properly (moving around for at least 5-10 minutes) redistributes the blood that may have pooled in the extremities when you end your workout, and it prevents muscle stiffness because it allows the metabolic wastes to be worked out of your muscles.
